To obtain the correct Incoming and Outgoing mail servers for your email account you must first Login to cPanel.
Step 1 – Click the Email Accounts icon in cPanel found under the Email section.
Step 2 – You will see a list of your email accounts. Click the Connect Devices button beside your email account.
Step 3 – Under the Mail Client Manual Settings section you will see the incoming and outgoing mail servers as well as the port numbers for IMAP and POP. These are the settings for any email accounts you wish to setup in a third-party email client such as Outlook, Mac Mail, Thunderbird or any other email client.
You can use the Auto Discovery options under the Mail Client Automatic Configuration Scripts section to automatically setup your email account with any of the supported applications listed on the page.
