I no longer have access to my Client Area email address

If you no longer use or have access to the email address you originally signed up with and you forgot your Client Area password then you will need to Open a Support Ticket.

Once you’ve opened a ticket we can change the email address to your new email address after a quick verification process.

Note:

To speed up the process of changing your email on file with us it’s best to submit your ticket and provide as much detail as possible so we can verify who you are. This includes your domain name, cPanel username and password and your phone number.
