How to Whitelist or Blacklist Email in cPanel

This tutorial will show you how to whitelist and blacklist email addresses or entire domain names in cPanel.

What does whitelisting or blacklisting email mean?

Whitelisting an email address means that you are allowing a specific email address to bypass all spam filters.  An email address you add to the whitelist will arrive in your Inbox regardless of the content of that email.

Blacklisting an email address means that the email address will be blocked from reaching your Inbox.  You can also blacklist an entire domain name so any email from the blacklisted domain name will be blocked.

To get started, login to your cPanel control panel.

4 – Click the “Add a New ‘whitelist_from’ Item” link.
