When you first signup at HostUpon you will receive an email with the subject “HostUpon Client Area Details”. This email contains your client area username and password. Your username will be the email address you put on the order form and the password can be found in the email.

Your Client Area login information is NOT the same as your cPanel login. You will receive a separate email with the subject ‘New Account Information’ with your cPanel username and password once your order has been activated.
