In order to cancel your account please Open a Billing Ticket and request a cancellation. Be sure to specify which service(s) you wish to cancel. If you have a domain name registered with us then let us know if you wish to keep or cancel it.
Note:
Be sure to also specify if you want your service(s) canceled effective immediately or at the end of your billing cycle.
Important:
Make sure you download ALL of your files and databases before requesting cancellation to avoid loosing any data. Once your account is canceled your data will be removed from our servers.
Cancellation requests must be submitted 30 days prior to your renewal date
