No, you are not locked in to any contract period. You can choose to pay monthly, semi-annually, annually, biennially or triennially. The longer the billing cycle the higher the discount we offer.
If you choose to pay for any billing cycle longer than monthly it’s prepaid however you can cancel at any time. Refund are only issued within the first 30 days of service.
As of September 29th of 2019 we no longer offer semi-annual as an option. Existing customers who have hosting services on a semi-annual billing cycle are unaffected and can remain on this term.
