How to reset my Client Area password

If you do not remember your HostUpon Client Area password you can reset it.

First, visit the Client Area login page.

Click the ‘Forgot Password?’ button beside the Login button.  You’ll be taken to the Password Reset page where you can enter the email address you used during signup.  Enter your email address and hit the Submit button.

If the email address you enter matches our records you will see a green confirmation notice and you can then check your email for the ‘HostUpon Client Area Password Reset’ email.  Open the email and click the password reset link.

When you visit the link you will have the opportunity to choose a new password for your Client Area.


If you see a red notice stating ‘No client account was found with the email address you entered’ it means that the email address you entered does not match our records. You will need to open a support ticket for additional assistance.
