How to view Support Tickets

To view Support Tickets, login to your HostUpon Client Area.

In the navigation menu, click ‘Support‘ then ‘Tickets‘ in the drop-down.

Click the link in the ‘Ticket ID Number‘ or ‘Subject‘ field to open the ticket.

Click the ‘Reply‘ box to open the message box.  You can also add an attachment to your ticket.

Allowed File Extensions: .jpg, .gif, .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .doc, .txt, .wpd, .zip
