How to change your billing cycle

Please open a Billing Ticket in order to change the frequency of payments by changing your billing cycle.  Mention which billing cycle you wish to switch to as well as the account you’re referencing.  Our billing team will be happy to help you change your accounts billing cycle and provide answers to any additional questions you may have.

For the protection and security of your account, please submit the ticket to Billing through your Client Area.  This will also expedite your request and avoid further security verification.
