When using an SSL Certificate purchased from a 3rd-party, you are responsible for the setup, configuration and installation. We do not provide direct support for SSL Certificates purchased from other vendors. You can use the SSL/TLS icon inside cPanel to generate a private key, CSR and install your certificate.
