What is Fast-Track Support and how does it work?
The HostUpon technical support team usually responds to support tickets in the order which they are received. We understand sometimes an issue requires urgent attention and that’s where our new “Fast-Track Support” comes in! Fast-Track Support is a new option introduced that solves this problem by enabling you to get your ticket immediately escalated to the top of the queue!
As you know, we’re continuously thinking of ways to improve our hosting services in every possible way so we guarantee all Fast-Track tickets will receive a response within 60 minutes or less!
Fast-Track Support can be purchased as an upgrade on a per-ticket basis. Starting today, you will see an option below the Open Ticket form. You can also choose to add it after the ticket has already been opened (or at any time throughout the life of that ticket), and it will be immediately escalated.
The cost is just $5 per ticket, and this new service is available during normal business hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.
We understand that support is the most important aspect of a hosting provider and that is why we are always a cut above the competition. Fast-Track Support will not affect the quality of our standard support – our support team is still available 24/7, and when you do get connected to one of our agents, you’ll be talking to a real expert who can help you right away!
